Our Award Winning sauces are perfect on BBQ and a host of other foods. Here are some great recipe ideas:
Classic Q Sauce
Hamburger sliders - substitute for ketchup to kick up the flavor.
Brush on ribs or chicken 10 minutes before you remove them from the grill
Grilled Shrimp (use 1/2 bottle of sauce with pound of shrimp and shake in a Ziplock bag. Cook on skewers or in a grill basket at 300 degrees)
Mustard Q Sauce
Pork Tenderloin (place meat in Ziplock bag with 1/2 bottle of sauce for 2 hours and marinate in refrigerator. Cook on medium heat in non-stick skillet until brown on all sides using sauce from Ziplock bag. Use remaining sauce in bottle for dipping)
Sandwich Spread to be used in place of mustard and mayonnaise
Grilled brats and sausages (use as a dip)
Chicken Fingers (our kids love to dip them whether cooked at home or take out)
Deviled Eggs (use in lieu of regular mustard in your favorite recipe and they will be the best you have ever put in your mouth!)
Vinegar Q Sauce
Q - Slaw! (julienne your favorite fresh vegetables and place in bowl. Coat and toss with Vinegar Sauce and 2 spoons of light Mayo to cover. Sit in refrigerator for one hour and toss again before serving.
Easy Low Country Roasted Chicken (Buy roasted chicken from grocery store and pull off the skin and discard. Pull meat off bones and place in bowl while shredding. Pour Vinegar Sauce over the chicken. Toss and serve on sandwich buns.
Sweet Q Sauce
For a sweeter version of the Classic recipes above, use the mellow and smooth Sweet Sauce instead of the Classic Sauce
BBQ Chicken Pizza (Use pizza crust shells from grocery and coat with even amount of sauce instead of marinara sauce. Place grilled chicken and onion slices on top and drizzle more sauce on chicken. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake in oven or on grill until cheese is golden brown)
BBQ Meatloaf - cover 1 1/2 pounds meat with one cup sauce.
Scorpion Sting
Sting Wings! (cook until crispy on the grill or oven without sauce and then place in a Tupperware container with half sauce and half melted butter. Shake to coat evenly)
Chili Sting! Add 1/2 bottle to a pot of chili
Best Bloody Mary Ever! Add 1 tablespoon to your bloody mary and stir
